This site provides general mortgage education, planning tools, builder-directory links and a way to request a conversation with the Mark Jones Team. Using it does not establish a financing commitment or guarantee a particular loan, rate, closing date or builder incentive.

Calculator results depend on your assumptions and may omit costs. Verify property availability, prices, incentive terms and deadlines directly with the builder, and obtain a formal loan review before making a financing decision. A consultation request does not modify a contract or extend its deadlines.

Submit only information you are authorized to share. Do not use this site to upload financial documents, impersonate another person or interfere with its operation. Staff will provide the appropriate secure channel when documents are required.
